PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Remaining balances are due 90 days in advance of any retreat, training or immersion.
Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event.
Fees are non-transferable
If you cancel with fewer than 90 days and you have not paid your remaining fees, 50% of the total registration is still due.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected cancellation. Some policies require purchase of insurance within 15 days of making your first deposit. Some credit cards automatically offer travel insurance—it's worth exploring card policies.
Due to the nature of retreat center bookings, we cannot make exceptions to these policies, so please plan accordingly.
Should Kali Durga Yoga cancel an event, you may transfer your registration to another training of your choice (price differences in trainings will need to be accounted for).
Should Kali Durga Yoga postpone an event, your registration will be transferred to the postponement date.
TRANSFERS:
No transfers between retreats, trainings, and/or workshops unless specially noted.
No transfers of registrations between attendees.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Kali Durga Yoga cannot be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, or disruption of any program due to circumstances beyond the control of the program.
PHOTO RELEASE:
I am aware that I may be included in photographs taken at any Kali Durga Yoga event that may be used on www.kalidurgayoga.com and associated social media websites.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
To protect your investment, we require that you purchase travel insurance that includes the provision of “cancellation for any reason”. This will need to be purchased at the time of your deposit payment as most travel insurance companies will only offer this provision for a limited period of time. For international trainings, we will require that you submit proof of insurance to us.
CLAUSES
- Kali Durga Yoga cannot be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, or disruption of any program due to circumstances beyond their control.
-Student will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
-Each student will represent and warrant that s/he is physically fit and has no medical condition that would prevent full participation in the Yoga Teacher Trainings, Intensives, Retreats and/or Workshops.
- In consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Teacher Trainings, Intensives, Retreats and/or Workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
- In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Teacher Trainings, Intensives, Retreats and/or Workshops, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Kali Durga Yoga for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
- I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge any covenant not to sue Kali Durga Yoga for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
