I work at the intersection of deep practice and clear business architecture.
My background spans advanced yoga education, Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness, alongside years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, and brand development.
I’ve built and led international retreats, teacher trainings, and mentorship programs that integrate depth with structure — spaces where transformation is not only experienced, but sustainably supported.
