A WEEKEND TO TAKE RESIDENCE
IN THE DIVINE ABODES
Dwelling Spaces for the Heart
COMPASSION - KARUNA | LOVINGKINDNESS- METTA |
BENEVOLENT JOY- MUDDITA | FORGIVENESS -KSHAMA
A weekend container to focus on recovering from interpersonal trauma and loss, grief and sorrow- AND the cultivation of deep joy, benevolence, forgiveness & compassion. These attributes stem from balanced Fire Element, which courses Qi through none other than the heart meridian.
With a radiant heart, meet yourself at the altar of your subtle body temple for a weekend immersion into the Heart Channel.
Join internationally celebrated Yin & Dharma teacher Kali Basman in a potent opportunity to awaken the heart view: practices and processes to expand from Anahata, the unstruck chord of the heart chakra. Unshakeable and expansive, the mindfulness discipline is a medium to awaken to our rich inner life.
Together as Sangha, we will investigate the heart, intermingled with the inner methods: Buddhist Psychological Principles of Mindfulness, Physiology of Pranayam/Breathwork, Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians, our Pranic Pathways, and a special focus on the
FIRE ELEMENT – THE HEART MERIDIAN – OUR COMPASSION CHANNEL.
*This is a perfect setting to bring an intimate partner or member of your soul tribe for deep relational work.**While advanced methods for practitioners offered integrally, this training is also suitable for beginners. A background of interest in Meditation is assumed.

“I feel like my practice is easier to slip into any time of the day now, I feel like I can rest more in my truth. Realizing that moments of nirvana are accessible when reactivity ceases rocked my world. I feel very grateful for the practice of beautiful mind states and the moments of surrender of identifying with codified behavior and thoughts.”
— Practitioner, Spain
. . . . . . .
There are glimpses of stillness in Practice
where you quiet the mind
and open the heart
and you feel Yourself
beyond the body of fear, stress, overwhelm
Beyond all of it…
There is a Space calling to you
to see your life
Bow to that presence
You are awareness yourself
